About Jamie Farley

Founder & CEO of Saunier Leadership

Jamie Farley is the founder and CEO of Saunier Leadership, a coaching and development company helping individuals and organizations grow with authenticity, integrity, and impact.

With over 25 years of leadership experience in corporate, nonprofit, and ministry settings, Jamie equips leaders to strengthen character, improve culture, and lead with confidence. Her creative background in commercial photography gives her a unique ability to see potential clearly and draw it out in others.

As an introvert who once felt like a wallflower, Jamie calls herself “the flower off the wall.” Her personal transformation fuels her mission to help others find their voice and influence—whether leading teams, organizations, or the next generation.

The SALT Legacy

The name Saunier—Jamie’s maiden name—means salt merchant, a legacy that inspired both her business and philosophy:

Just as salt changes everything it touches, good leadership transforms every environment it enters.

Through her signature framework, The SALT Method.

Leaders Across Generations

Jamie’s work spans from executive coaching and team development to next-generation leadership training in schools and communities. She believes leadership isn’t a position—it’s a posture—and it can be cultivated early.

Life Behind the Leadership

Jamie and her husband have been married since 1999 and are raising three kids—“The Farley Five.” Together they love roller coasters, road trips, and a good burger. When she’s not coaching or speaking, Jamie enjoys returning to her first creative love—photography.

At the Heart

At Saunier Leadership, every program is built on four core values: authenticity, integrity, trust, and collaboration.
Jamie’s mission is simple:

To season workplaces, schools, homes, and communities with good leadership—because when leaders grow, everything they touch gets better.
